Who we are
Heal Her Lineage is a coaching brand of BL24 Creative LLC, run by Natalie Scetinkinova. BL24 Creative LLC is responsible for your information. In this policy, "we" and "I" mean Heal Her Lineage and BL24 Creative LLC. For any privacy question or request, email heal.her.lineage@gmail.com.
Heal Her Lineage offers coaching and self-reflection tools. It is not therapy or medical care.
What I collect
- Your name and email address, when you take the inner voice quiz, join a waitlist or fill in a questionnaire.
- Your quiz result (which inner voice came up for you).
- Your answers to waitlist and questionnaire questions, for example how you would like to join a course, or what feels hardest right now. Some answers may describe personal or emotional experiences. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited, collected automatically by the platforms below.
I do not ask for payment details on these pages. If you buy a course later, payments are handled by the checkout provider, and I do not see your full card details.
Why I use it
- To show you your quiz result and send you the short series of emails about it.
- To tell you when a course you joined the waitlist for opens.
- To shape my courses and programs, using what you share in questionnaires.
- To reply when you write to me.
I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
The legal basis
I use your information because you agreed to it when you submitted a form (your consent). Where your answers describe personal or emotional experiences, submitting them is your explicit consent for me to read and use them for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and this does not affect anything done before.
Who helps me run this
Your information is stored and sent by trusted services that work on my behalf:
- Kajabi, which runs this website, the forms and my emails.
- Wix, which runs my Czech-language waitlist page.
- Google (Gmail), where form notifications arrive.
These companies are based in the United States. If you live in the European Union or the UK, your information is transferred there, using the safeguards these providers offer for transfers from the EU and UK.
How long I keep it
I keep your name, email and quiz result while you are subscribed. Waitlist and questionnaire answers are kept for as long as they help me build and run my courses, and no longer than two years after you last heard from me. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information, I remove it, except where the law requires me to keep a record.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask for a copy of the information I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct or delete your information.
- Withdraw your consent or object to how I use your information.
To do any of these, email heal.her.lineage@gmail.com. I will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK and are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the Czech Republic, that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (รOOร).
Cookies
This website uses cookies so that pages and forms work and visits can be counted. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then not work properly.
Age
My quiz, emails and courses are for adults. Please do not sign up if you are under 18.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. For larger changes, I will let subscribers know by email.
